What Happens When You Call

We start by asking what you need: a new system, battery storage, a repair, panel cleaning or a look at roof-mounted solar. For a system that is underperforming, we ask what your monitoring app shows. A string inverter fault code, one microinverter reporting zero, or output that drops every afternoon each points to a different cause, so those details shape what we check first. For a new installation, we talk through your electric usage and the roof the array would sit on.

If hail or wind has hit your panels, we explain how we document it: close photos of cracked tempered glass, bent frames and loose racking, plus production data from before and after the storm. We can walk you through how a claim usually moves, but your adjuster decides coverage, and we will not promise an outcome. Calls come from Hurst and nearby towns like Bedford, Euless and North Richland Hills.

Have These Ready Before You Call

  1. Any error code or status light on your inverter, or a screenshot from your monitoring app.
  2. Your last 12 months of electric bills, which show the kWh usage we size a system or battery from.
  3. The approximate age of your roof and its material, such as composition shingle or metal.
  4. For storm damage, the storm date, your own photos and your claim number if you already filed one.
